After the launch of the digital RMB Transit QR Code, public passengers can use the digital RMB App, Hangzhou Metro App and Bank of Communications App to scan the digital RMB Transit QR Code in and out of the Hangzhou subway network station.

The steps for activating CTOnews.com are attached:

Download and open "Hangzhou Metro App", select [Transit QR Code], complete login and real name authentication according to the prompts on the interface, then click "switch Card" and select [Digital RMB Transit QR Code] to open.

Click "agree to the agreement and open", sign the wallet for express payment and real name authentication, and then be authorized by the digital RMB App to display the code on Hangzhou Metro App.

After reading and agreeing to the agreement, click to activate Transit QR Code, open wallet express payment according to the guide pop-up window, and click "default payment Wallet" to adjust the payment wallet or add more digital wallets.

Support the digital RMB wallets of Bank of Communications, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, Agricultural Bank of China, Bank of China, Construction Bank, Postal savings Bank, China Merchants Bank, Industrial Bank and other institutions.

It is worth mentioning that since December 31, 2022, Hangzhou Metro supports digital RMB wallets to scan all ticket vending machines and customer service centers for ticket purchase, refund or replacement.
