Shulou(Shulou.com)11/24 Report--
Thanks to CTOnews.com netizens strange ghost, Xiao Zhan cut, decadent, full of clues delivery! CTOnews.com, May 30, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology recently issued the interim regulations on Radio Administration of Wireless charging (Power Transmission) equipment, which is applicable to wireless charging devices for mobile communication terminals sold or used in China, portable consumer electronic products, and wireless charging devices for electric vehicles (including motorcycles). These provisions shall enter into force as of September 1, 2024.
The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology stipulates that the working frequency range of mobile and portable wireless charging equipment is 100-148.5kHz, 6765-6795kHz and 13553-13567kHz, and the rated transmission power does not exceed 80W.
The original text of CTOnews.com is as follows:
Interim provisions on Radio Administration of Wireless charging (Power Transmission) equipment
Article 1 in order to standardize the use of wireless charging (power transmission) (hereinafter referred to as wireless charging) equipment, avoid harmful interference to all kinds of radio services carried out in accordance with the law, maintain the order of airwaves, and promote the high-quality development of the wireless charging industry, these provisions are formulated in accordance with the Radio Administration regulations of the people's Republic of China and with reference to the Radio regulations of the International Telecommunication Union and relevant recommendations.
Article 2 the term "wireless charging" as mentioned in these provisions refers to the non-beam near-field power transmission technology that uses the mechanisms of magnetic coupling (magnetic induction, magnetic resonance) and capacitive coupling to realize power to load.
Wireless charging equipment is a non-radio device that radiates radio waves. according to the composition mode, it can be divided into wireless charging equipment composed of energy transmitting end connected to power supply and energy receiving end acting on load, wireless charging device containing only energy transmitting end, and wireless charging device containing only energy receiving end.
These provisions apply to the production or import of mobile communication terminal wireless charging equipment, portable consumer electronic products wireless charging equipment (hereinafter referred to as mobile, portable wireless charging equipment), and electric vehicles (including motorcycles) wireless charging equipment.
Article 3 for the production or import of wireless charging equipment sold or used in China, there is no need to apply for radio frequency use license, radio station license and type approval of radio transmitting equipment, however, it shall comply with the laws and regulations on product quality, electromagnetic radiation and electrical safety, national standards, as well as the relevant provisions of the state radio administration.
Article 4 the working frequency range of mobile and portable wireless charging equipment shall be 100-148.5kHz, 6765-6795kHz and 13553-13567kHz, and the rated transmission power shall not exceed 80W, and the relevant technical parameters such as working frequency shall meet the technical requirements of wireless charging (power transmission) equipment (see Annex 1).
Article 5 the wireless charging equipment for electric vehicles (including motorcycles) whose rated transmission power is greater than 22kW but not more than 120kW operates at the frequency band of 19-21kHz; the wireless charging equipment for electric vehicles (including motorcycles) with rated transmission power not exceeding 22kW operates at the frequency band of 79-90kHz. The relevant technical parameters such as the working frequency of the wireless charging equipment for electric vehicles (including motorcycles) shall meet the technical requirements of wireless charging (power transmission) equipment (see Annex 1).
Article 6 if the wireless charging equipment has the function of information transmission at the same time, the radio transmitting equipment unit (or module) used for information transmission shall comply with the relevant provisions of the State radio administration.
Article 7 the use of wireless charging equipment shall not cause harmful interference to other legitimate radio services and stations (stations), nor shall it put forward requirements for protection from radio interference and radiated radio waves. If harmful interference occurs to other legitimate radio services and stations (stations), it should be stopped immediately and continue to be used only after measures have been taken to eliminate the harmful interference.
Article 8 in order to protect radio astronomical services, wireless charging equipment shall not be used within the interference protection distance of radio astronomical stations (see Annex 2). The radio administrative agencies of the relevant provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government shall fully consider the above requirements when formulating the electromagnetic environment protection zone of the radio observatory in conjunction with the relevant local government departments.
Article 9 the use of wireless charging equipment in ships, aircraft and railway locomotives (including EMU trains) shall abide by these provisions and the provisions of the relevant industry competent departments.
Article 10 Wireless charging equipment shall indicate the following in the instructions for the use of its products (including instructions for electronic display):
(1) Product name, model and special logo
(2) the wireless charging mechanism, rated transmission power, rated operating frequency or operating frequency range adopted by the equipment
(3) the equipment conforms to the interim provisions on Radio Administration of Wireless charging (Power Transmission) equipment and relevant laws and regulations, such as product quality, electromagnetic radiation and electrical safety, and national standards.
(4) it is not allowed to change the use scene or conditions without authorization, expand the working frequency range, or increase the transmission power (including additional power amplifiers)
(5) it shall not cause harmful interference to other legitimate radio services and stations (stations), nor shall it put forward requirements for protection from radio interference and radiated radio wave interference. If harmful interference occurs to other legitimate radio services and stations (stations), it shall be stopped immediately and shall not be used until measures have been taken to eliminate harmful interference.
(6) the area where wireless charging equipment is prohibited, and the use of wireless charging function is prohibited.
(7) if the use of wireless charging equipment affects the reception of broadcasting services, the use of wireless charging equipment shall be stopped immediately.
(8) the use of wireless charging equipment in ships, aircraft and railway locomotives (including EMU trains) shall abide by these provisions and the regulations of relevant industry competent departments
(9) other matters to be explained.
Article 11 Enterprises that produce and import wireless charging equipment and relevant trade associations shall strengthen industry self-discipline, promote the construction of industry integrity system, and encourage voluntary certification to ensure that wireless charging equipment conforms to the relevant provisions of the State. Enterprises that produce or import wireless charging equipment shall mark the prominent position of the wireless charging equipment or display the special identification of the wireless charging equipment in electronic form. If the wireless charging equipment cannot be marked or displayed because of the small size of the equipment, it shall be marked in the independent outer packaging or instructions for use of the equipment. The relevant requirements for special identification shall be formulated separately.
Article 12 any violation of these provisions in the production, import, sale or use of wireless charging equipment shall be ordered by the radio administrative agency to correct.
Article 13 whoever, in violation of these provisions, uses wireless charging equipment to interfere with the normal conduct of radio business shall be investigated and dealt with by the radio administrative agency in accordance with Article 73 of the Radio Administration regulations of the people's Republic of China.
Article 14 the relevant regulations on wireless charging equipment in industrial, medical and other fields shall be formulated separately by the state radio administrative agency in conjunction with relevant departments.
Article 15 in the light of industrial development and technological progress, the relevant contents of these provisions shall be timely adjusted by the state radio administrative agency.
Article 16 these provisions shall enter into force as of September 1, 2024. As of the date of implementation, the production or import of wireless charging equipment sold or used in China that do not meet the requirements of these provisions shall be suspended, and the wireless charging equipment produced or imported before then may continue to be sold and used until it is scrapped.
Annex 1: technical requirements for wireless charging (power transmission) equipment
Annex 2: interference protection distance between the sites of relevant radio observatories in China and wireless charging equipment
