CTOnews.com, May 30, according to WccfTech, MSI unveiled a 4.2-slot GeForce RTX 4090 prototype graphics card at Taipei computer Show 2023, whose heat dissipation design is expected to be used in the next generation of GPU.

According to reports, the heat dissipation design of this graphics card is larger than MSI's current SUPRIM X super dragon mold, and it also uses the latest heat dissipation technology.

MSI said the radiator uses MSI's dynamic bimetallic fin technology, with a piece of copper sandwiched between two pieces of aluminum. By taking advantage of the difference in thermal conductivity between the two metals, the dynamic bimetallic fin may enhance the thermal conductivity.

As CTOnews.com reported earlier, PNY and Cooler Master also showed a more than 4-slot RTX 4090 Verto graphics card with a thickness of 4.5 slots.
