CTOnews.com May 30 news, GAC Ean New Energy Automobile Co., Ltd. and GAC Capital Co., Ltd. equity transfer information in the national enterprise credit information publicity system completed industrial and commercial registration, GAC Ean became the new shareholder of Xinghe Zhaopin strategic investment, subscribed 12.75 million yuan.

It is understood that Eian directly took a stake in Xinghe, transforming the original vertical development model into a circular interconnection development model, forming a product planning and user experience development model driven mainly by Eian, and accelerating the iterative evolution of Eian intelligent cockpit.

It is understood that Xinghe Zhaopin has a registered capital of 85 million, and its business scope includes engineering and technical research and experimental development; network technical services; blockchain technology-related software and services; and Internet data services. Xunfei Yunchuang and Guangzhou Automobile Capital each hold 47.06 per cent shares, while Hefei Mishi Enterprise Management Partnership (limited partnership) holds the remaining 5.88 per cent.

After EAN bought shares, Xunfeiyun held 47.06%, GAC Capital 32.06%, GAC Ean 15%, and Hefei Mishi 5.88%.
