Musk has also brought in new artificial intelligence talent for Twitter. By early March, he had officially hired engineers Igor Babushkin (Igor Babuschkin) and Manuel Klaus (Manuel Kroiss) from Alphabet's artificial intelligence research subsidiary DeepMind. Since at least February, Musk has approached people in the field of artificial intelligence, including Babushkin, to start his own artificial intelligence project to compete with ChatGPT.
