CTOnews.com May 30 news, Microsoft's second generation Surface Book officially ended support today, which means that this model will no longer receive firmware and driver updates, but still continue to receive Windows update support.

Microsoft released the Surface Book 2 in November 2017. This model retains the unique design of the original product, mainly upgrading the new generation of hardware and screen. In addition to the original 13-inch version, Microsoft Surface Book 2 also introduced a 15-inch version with more powerful performance.

The machine uses PixelSense display, with 3:2 ratio, resolution of 3240 x 2160, support for 10-point touch.

Surface Book 2 is powered by the 8th generation Intel Core i5- 8350U, i7- 8650U processor (CTOnews.com note: the cheapest model comes with the previous generation i5- 7300U), while game users can also choose NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 or NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 alone, with up to 16GB LPDDR3 1866MHz memory.
