According to the report, against the backdrop of 13.3% year-on-year decline in global smartphone shipments in the first quarter of 2023, global high-end ($500 and above) smartphone shipments rose 4.7% year-on-year in that quarter, exceeding 1% of total global smartphone shipments, reversing the trend.

CTOnews.com learned from the report that Apple is still the leader in the high-end smartphone market, with seven models on the list; Samsung phones also performed well, with six models on the list; and the high-end road of domestic brands still has a long way to go. Xiaomi 13 and Huawei Mate 50 are the only two domestic phones on the list.
