In the report, CoinGecko analyzed five well-known meta-universe games such as Otherdeed for Otherside, The Sandbox, Decentraland, Somnium Space and Voxels Metaverse, saying that the land price of meta-universe has fallen to between 0.37 ETH and 1.09 ETH, and the price varies from project to project. CTOnews.com saw from the report that the cheapest virtual land is Voxels's 0.16 ETH.

CoinGecko pointed out that Voxels virtual land prices fell the most, as much as 93 per cent. Voxels responded on Twitter that it was still No. 5 and said that in an encrypted winter, the only thing Voxels could do was to maintain infrastructure, while the other four virtual landowners did not respond.
