The atmosphere of the live broadcast room is also more like a small-scale internal memorial ceremony, in which the host and guests talk about their past in Tianya rather than focus on bringing goods. Xing Ming, founder of Tianya, also appeared in the studio via voice connection, explaining the reasons for Tianya's suspension of visits and future plans. He said that Tianya was invited to Chengdu in 2013 to set up a mobile Internet headquarters base, but suffered investment losses and litigation disputes, resulting in a broken capital chain and setbacks in transformation. In its public response on May 27, Tianya also planned its route after "rebirth": while carrying up the "global Chinese online home", focusing on mobile; based on the accumulation of big data of Tianya users, launch digital human assistant or digital split services; and provide membership-based social e-commerce services.

As for the live bazaar, time magazine said that perhaps in an era when the Internet is changing so rapidly, Tianya needs a decent farewell more than this anachronistic and difficult fund-raising.
