According to Sichuan Changhong, its subsidiary Changhong Power, as a supplier of Comac of China, has developed the main battery pack and APU battery pack for the C919 aircraft.

▲ source: according to Changhong, the battery pack is the first product in China to obtain a CTSOA certificate, with good low temperature resistance, and can start discharge normally even in a low temperature environment of minus 40 degrees Celsius, continuously providing power for large aircraft. In addition, the maximum instantaneous discharge current of this product can reach more than 800 amperes, which meets the emergency start needs of large aircraft engines, and the comprehensive performance index reaches the international advanced level.

For example, the Boeing 787 was grounded because of a shallow GS battery failure.
