Based on Xilinx Kintex-7 FPGA K7 XC7 K325T PCIeX8 4-way fiber card

I. Overview of board

Xilinx XC7K325T-2FFG900 FPGA is adopted as the main chip of the board, pin_to_pin compatible with FPGA XC7K410T-2FFG900, supporting 8-Lane PCIe, 64-bit DDR3, four-way SFP+ connector, four-way SATA interface, embedded 16 high-speed serial transceivers RocketIO GTX, software with windows driver.

II. Functional and technical indicators:

8-Lane PCIe enables high-speed data transmission of 5Gbps/lane*8= 40Gbps;

·64-bit DDR3 composed of 4 16-bit DDR3 particles with a total storage capacity of 1 GByte;

· 4 SFP+ interfaces connected to 4 RocketIO GTX transceivers for use as 10 Gigabit Ethernet interfaces

· 4 SATA interfaces connected to 4 RocketIO GTX transceivers for high-speed serial storage;

· 20 pairs of LVDS differential signals connected to FPGA via connector J6, clock frequency 100MHz;

8 user LEDs;

· 1 reset button;

·All devices support both commercial and industrial grades.
