CTOnews.com, May 26 (Xinhua) Samsung recently admitted that the lock screen did not work properly after the Galaxy phone was upgraded to OneUI 5.1.

Samsung acknowledged the problem and said it was releasing an update to fix the lock screen BUG. Samsung said affected users can check for available updates and fix the BUG after upgrading to a new version.

Open the Settings application on your Galaxy smartphone, scroll down, click the "Software updates" option, and then click the "download and install" option to install the latest version.
