CTOnews.com May 25, Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 series is undergoing a new firmware update. To be exact, Galaxy Watch 5 / Pro LTE is now getting the same update as the Watch 5 series standard version a month ago.

The Galaxy Watch 5 / Pro LTE update firmware version is R9x5FXXU1AWDA, and the most important new feature is the cycle tracking function based on skin temperature in Samsung Health. After applying the firmware, Samsung Health will be updated to the latest version, and users will be able to use the "use skin temperature to predict menstruation" function in the "cycle tracking" category.

In addition, the change log mentions improved system stability and reliability, and the firmware comes with a new April 2023 security patch, but Galaxy Watch 5 LTE and Watch 5 Pro LTE are still behind Pixel Watch, which received the May 2023 security update.
