Lawbreakers use AI technology to forge the voice of a specific person through voice synthesis, change their faces through AI, pretend to be a specific person, and make video calls with others in real time. The facial expression after the replacement is natural, with fake and real, can impersonate the identity of others to contact the victim, win the trust of the victim to carry out fraud.

The Internet Association of China said that in the face of a new type of scam using AI technology, the general public need to be vigilant and strengthen prevention.

In response to the new scam of "AI face changing", the Internet Society of China has put forward the following two preventive suggestions:

01. Do a good job of personal information security first responsible person 1, strengthen the awareness of personal information protection, prevent information disclosure: do not easily provide face, fingerprints and other personal biological information to others; do not easily disclose your ID card, bank card, verification code and other information; do not be greedy to facilitate the ID card, bank card photos and other direct common storage in the mobile phone.

2. strange links are not important, strange software should not be downloaded, strange friends should not be added at will, and unknown QR codes should not be scanned at will. Manage your moments well, and don't easily turn on mobile screen sharing to strangers.

3. Do a good job of personal protection and install security software to prevent viruses in mobile phones and computers. Be alert to the security of personal accounts, especially the login of unfamiliar devices, to prevent Wechat, QQ and other stolen accounts from causing trouble to relatives and friends.

4. For less commonly used App, it is recommended to cancel your personal account before uninstalling it.

02. Remote transfer must require multiple verification, if someone calls himself "family", "friend", "teacher", "leader" through social software, text messages, e-mail, etc., to "the phone fell into the water, the school needs to urgently pay tuition fees for tutoring classes", "people travel abroad, need to help buy air tickets", "personal affairs for leaders, emergency transfers", "encounter car accidents, need immediate surgery" special circumstances. Need to borrow funds across the bridge "and other ways and reasons to induce you to transfer remittance, be sure to be vigilant at the first time!

In the age of AI, text, sound, image and video can all be deeply synthesized. In the typical scenarios such as transfer remittance and capital transactions, you should verify and confirm by calling back the other party's mobile phone number and other additional communication methods, and do not transfer money directly without verification through a single communication channel! No matter who it is!
