According to the latest revelation, the word "MBAG" appears in Apple's background support data, indicating that it has been online in the background.

CTOnews.com Note: currently, only a few brands such as BMW, BYD, Genisys, Hyundai and Kia have introduced support for this feature on some models to replace traditional car keys.

Lotus also appeared in Apple's profile a month ago, indicating that the feature is about to be supported.

Mercedes-Benz launched Digital Vehicle Key last week as part of its KEYLESS-GO comfort suite, which supports sharing digital car keys with up to 16 people and can specify permissions for sharing objects, such as access only or driving.
