According to Counterpoint Research's latest global smartwatch outsourcing manufacturing tracking and report, global smartwatch outsourced manufacturing shipments increased by 15 per cent year on year, accounting for 69 per cent of global shipments in the second half of 2022.

Lixun, Foxconn and COMPAL are the top three outsourcing manufacturers in the second half of 2022. The three companies are responsible for half of global smartwatch outsourced shipments during this period.

In the second echelon, Huaqin, LINWEAR, I DO and Yawell performed well in the smartwatch production business.

With the continuous growth of the global smartwatch market, ODM and EMS begin to play a more and more important role in the smartwatch industry chain. The agency estimates that the share of outsourced manufacturers' shipments will rise from 68% in 2022 to about 70% in 2023.
