Following talks with Samsung Semiconductor Director Qing Guixian and Internet Minister Kim Yujun last year, this meeting with Lu Taiwen, who is in charge of mobile and IT, is the second time that Kissinger has held talks with Samsung related people in five months. Samsung is Intel's main processor customer, and the two sides discussed possible cooperation in areas such as mobile during the talks.
