Xunxin said it would hold a shareholders' meeting on June 28 to discuss the listing of its subsidiary Xunyun Electronic Technology (Zhongshan) in A shares.

Jiang Shangyi, the official website of ▲ ITRI, is a legendary engineer in the semiconductor industry and used to be the co-operating director of TSMC. According to CTOnews.com data, Jiang Shangyi is affectionately known as "Jiang Dad" by TSMC people, and is one of the most important technological drivers of TSMC from the micro generation to the nano generation, presiding over the research and development of key technologies of TSMC from the 250nm to the 16nm FinFET node, turning TSMC from a technology follower to a technology leader. In November 2022, Hon Hai appointed Jiang Shangyi as the head of semiconductor strategy of the Group to provide Foxconn Group with global semiconductor network layout strategy and technical guidance.

Xunxin said that the shareholders' meeting will be held on June 28. In addition to the agenda for the re-election of the board of directors, Xunyun Electronic Technology (Zhongshan) Co., Ltd. will also discuss the listing of its subsidiary Xunyun Electronic Technology (Zhongshan) Co., Ltd. in China's A-share IPO this year. If the listing is successful, Xunxin's shareholding ratio will be reduced from the current 78.05% to about 70%, and more funds will be raised for the development of the company.
