On the design side, iQOO Z7s will share a similar design with the already launched iQOO Z7. The iQOO Z7s will be equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 695G processor, 6GB or 8GB RAM and 128GB ROM.

The front of the machine is equipped with a 6.38in AMOLED screen with a resolution of 2400 to 1080, a refresh rate of 90Hz, a touch sampling rate of 360Hz and an off-screen fingerprint sensor.

On the system side, the phone runs on Funtouch OS 13, which is based on Android 13, and previously supports Extended RAM 3.0 and virtual extended memory for 6GB or 8GB.

In terms of cameras, the machine is equipped with a 6400-megapixel OIS main camera and a 2-megapixel auxiliary camera; the front of the body is equipped with a 1600-megapixel front camera.
