Arrange 10 billion yuan as input subsidy for semiconductor and optoelectronic projects, give 15% subsidy to equipment purchase and clean room decoration expenses, and up to 100% subsidy for R & D and production site rental expenses.

Arrange 200 million yuan to support the whole process of design, taping and closed testing.

Allocate 200 million yuan to support enterprise research and development and the construction of public service platform

Every year, it is planned to arrange 10,000 mu of industrial land and build a number of high-standard professional factories that can be used for "carrying bags".

200 million yuan will be allocated to subsidize the introduction of talents, a project comprehensive subsidy of up to 100 million yuan will be given to the top talents in the semiconductor and optoelectronic industries, and a salary subsidy of up to 2 million yuan will be given to employers according to 70% of the annual salary of the top talents.

For newly introduced talent startups in the semiconductor and optoelectronic industries, the subsidy for the South Taihu Lake Elite Program has risen by 50%.

100 million yuan will be allocated to reward investment and talents in the semiconductor and optoelectronic industries, and units and individuals that introduce major projects or make significant contributions to investment in Huzhou will be rewarded with up to 3% of the actual investment in fixed assets.
