It is said that the chip is a SoC tailored by MediaTek for Xiaomi Civi3 and has been upgraded in terms of imaging and performance.

CTOnews.com noticed that Xiaomi Civi 3 has appeared in the Geekbench database, model 23046PNC9C, code name yuechu. Running data show that the plane carries MediaTek Tianji 8200 Ultra SoC, will also be equipped with 12GB RAM, pre-installed MIUI system based on Android 13.

In the Geekbench 6 running score, Xiaomi Civi 3 scored 1148 on single core test and 3356 on multi-core test, slightly better than OnePlus 10R and realme GT Neo 3 with Tianji 8100 Ultra.

According to previous revelations, Xiaomi Civi3 will support 5G different network roaming function, as long as the phone has a 5G signal to access the 5G network of different operators, and there is no need to replace the SIM card.
