The system comes with a driver that directly checks the SATA port and treats the device connected to the port marked "external" as a removable device. The solution is to first check and install the BIOS update provided by the computer manufacturer. If it is not available, you can follow these steps to replace the way the inbox driver displays the device on some ports:

1. Open the command prompt with administrator privileges.
