According to the image source balika011, this is a 7-inch IPS display with a native operating resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels, a peak brightness of 400 nits and a refresh rate of 60 Hz,95% sRGB gamut.

As shown in the image above, the DeckHD screen not only has higher resolution than the 800p panel that comes with Steam Deck, but also has more accurate colors.
