Some users deploy the EasyGBS video platform on their own server, and the device successfully registers to the platform and displays online, but when clicking on the video to watch, it displays a black screen.

As for the reason why the video cannot be played under EasyGBS, we mentioned the problem of incorrect video address during development, but this problem has been solved, so the playback failure is not caused by an address error.

So we considered the port problem and guessed that it might be because the port mapping was not done or not done. However, from the page of stacking rules provided to us by this user, it is true that the mapping is done according to the port provided by us.

Then we checked the out-stack rule page and found that the port was not mapped on the out-stack.

So here we re-map the port according to the unstack rule. After the mapping, restart the EasyGBS video platform, and then watch the video.

Note: when you deploy a CVM and do port mapping, you need to configure the port on the pages of both inbound and unstacked rules.
