CTOnews.com May 19 news, Guoxuan Hi-Tech today released the new LFMP system L600 Qichen battery cell and battery pack at the 12th Science and Technology Conference, which uses lithium iron phosphate doped with "manganese" and claims to have a range of up to 1000 km.

Cheng Qian, chief executive of Guoxuan Hi-Tech International Business Section, said: "the energy density of the L600 LMFP Qichen battery system reaches 190Wh/kg, realizing the mass energy density of 240Wh/kg, the volume energy density of 525Wh / L, 4000 cycles at room temperature, 1800 cycles at high temperature, and a range of 1000 km without ternary materials, which can meet 1500 full-time fast charges in 18 minutes."

CTOnews.com learned from Guoxuan Tech official that the L600 LMFP Qichen cell is scheduled to start mass production in 2024. The heat insulation material claimed to be independently developed can withstand 1200 °C high temperature, and has passed the safety tests based on the new national standard, such as acupuncture, hot box, overcharge, overdischarge, thermal runaway, extrusion and short circuit.
