Nvidia will also launch a 16GB large memory version of the RTX 4060 Ti in July. Officials say that in most games, both versions of GeForce RTX 4060 Ti (8GB and 16GB) will provide the same level of performance because other specifications are exactly the same. Some games can get their own best experience by selecting "High" setting under RTX 4060 Ti (8GB) and "Ultra" setting under RTX 4060 Ti (16GB).

In terms of power consumption, the TGP power consumption of RTX 4060 Ti graphics card is 160W, the average game power consumption is 140W, and the idle power consumption is 7W, which is significantly lower than that of the previous generation RTX 3060 Ti.

In terms of explicit memory bit width, RTX 4060 Ti is 128bit and the previous generation RTX 3060 Ti is 256bit, but Nvidia said that with the latest 32MB L2 cache enhancement, the equivalent bandwidth of RTX 4060 Ti is 554GB / s, which is higher than that of the previous generation 448GB / s.
