CTOnews.com May 18 news, Shiquan today launched the P845-M30 SSD specially designed for M.2 2230 form factor and PCIe Gen 4 interface, mainly suitable for mini industrial PC, handheld embedded applications and AIoT related tasks.

P845-M30 is equipped with 112 layers of 3D NAND flash memory and uses page mapping technology to reduce its block P / E cycle frequency, prolong its service life and improve its random access speed. Its capacity ranges from 256 GB to 1 TB and its length is only 30 mm.

P845-M30 uses the PCIe Gen 4 interface to upgrade the performance of the device without taking up space.

To meet the needs of industrial applications, the new high-performance compact SSD P845-M30 is designed to operate normally in the temperature range of-40 °C to 85 °C.
