"Sonic the Hedgehog" was released in 2020 and grossed nearly $320 million at the box office (CTOnews.com Note: currently about 2.234 billion yuan). Its sequel was released last year and grossed more than $405 million (CTOnews.com Note: currently about 2.827 billion yuan).

Hedgehog Sonic 3 is scheduled for release in December 2024. Before that, a live-action TV series with Knuckles as the theme and set between the second and third films will be released.
