The Plan calls for speeding up the testing and verification of 5G different network roaming and equipment upgrading, realizing that all 5G networks at and below the county level have the function of different network roaming, encouraging basic telecommunications enterprises to carry out different network roaming under the market-oriented mechanism, and supporting provinces / autonomous regions such as Xizang, Xinjiang, Inner Mongolia, Qinghai, Gansu, Heilongjiang and other provinces / autonomous regions to give priority to carrying out pilot projects of different network roaming.
