CTOnews.com, May 17 (Xinhua)-- Twitter has agreed to buy human resources technology startup Laskie in a deal worth "tens of millions of dollars", according to The Information's Erin Woo. This is also the first acquisition launched by Musk since he took the helm of Twitter.

Since taking the helm of Twitter, Musk has been cutting costs, firing most of his employees and launching a new profit model for Twitter Blue.

According to The Information sources, two co-founders of Laskie and five employees of the company are now working on Twitter.
