Each App operating unit shall take strengthening the protection of citizens 'personal information as the practical requirement for fulfilling the comprehensive rule of law, effectively protect the personal information security and legitimate rights and interests of the people from infringement, and regularly organize operators to study the Network Security Law of the People's Republic of China, the Data Security Law of the People's Republic of China, the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China and other laws and regulations.

The second is to compact the main responsibility. Each platform shall actively formulate and improve rules and regulations related to personal information protection, and strengthen internal supervision and risk prevention and control mechanisms. According to the Regulations on the Scope of Necessary Personal Information for Common Types of Mobile Internet Applications, self-examination and self-correction shall be carried out by drawing inferences from each other, and such illegal collection and use of personal information shall be resolutely prevented from happening again.

Third, implement rectification on time. For the problems found in the inspection, the operating entities of each platform shall actively contact our office to obtain the rectification notice within a time limit, complete the rectification within 15 working days from the date of issuance of the notice, and send the rectification report to the e-mail address: hnwxbwgchai @ hainan.gov.cn. Those who fail to complete the rectification within the time limit will be disposed of according to law.
