Miao Changxing said that in terms of improving standards and access management, the Intelligent Network Automotive Standard system will be officially released and implemented in the near future, speed up the formulation of more than a dozen key and urgently needed standards, strengthen the coordination of cross-industry and cross-disciplinary standards, hold the "World vehicle Law Coordination Forum", deeply participate in the coordination of international standards and regulations, and speed up the launch of Intelligent Network Automotive access and road implementation pilot projects. Support the commercial application of autopilot functions above L3 and promote the loading rate of C-V2X terminals.

Miao Changxing said that in 2022, the sales of intelligent connected passenger cars equipped with auxiliary self-driving systems in China reached 7 million, an increase of 45.6 percent over the same period last year, and the proportion of new energy vehicles equipped with auxiliary self-driving systems reached 48 percent. At present, the country has opened more than 1500 km of intelligent network vehicle test roads, issued more than 2800 test licenses, more than 60 million km of road test mileage, and deployed more than 7000 sets of road test network infrastructure.
