CTOnews.com, May 16, according to a list published by the US Trademark and Patent Office (USPTO), Apple last week expanded the coverage of the "Siri" trademark to the field of home appliances.

According to the trademark extension applied by Apple, Siri voice assistant can be used in cooking ovens, toasters, refrigerators and freezers, dishwashers, washing machines, dryers and other household appliances.

Apple expands the scope of application of the Siri trademark. The attached list of CTOnews.com reads as follows:

Equipment for lighting, heating, cooling, air conditioning, humidification, dehumidification, ventilation, cooking, refrigeration, washing, drying, plumbing, water supply and sanitation

Light bulbs, lighting fixtures and lamps

Stove, heater, water heater, humidifier, dehumidifier, air conditioner, electric fan, fireplace

Cooking oven, stove, stove and toaster

Refrigerators and freezers; dishwashers; washing machines and dryers

Hot tubs, bathtubs, showers and sinks, and the above fixtures
