According to Xiaomi's latest earnings report, the company's total revenue in the fourth quarter of 2022 reached 66.047 billion yuan, down 22.8% from 85.575 billion yuan in the same period last year; operating profit was 3.356 billion yuan, down 24% from 4.416 billion yuan in the same period last year; profit for the period was 3.142 billion yuan, up 28.6% from 2.443 billion yuan in the same period last year; Adjusted profit was 1.461 billion yuan, down 67.3% from 4.473 billion yuan in the same period last year.

In 2022, Xiaomi Group's total revenue was 280 billion yuan, down 14.7% from 328.3 billion yuan in the same period last year; operating profit was 2.816 billion yuan, down 89.2% from 26.028 billion yuan in the same period last year; profit during the period was 2.5 billion yuan, down 87% from 19.283 billion yuan in the same period last year; Adjusted net profit was 8.518 billion yuan, down 61.4% from 22.04 billion yuan in the same period last year.

As of December 31,2022, Xiaomi had 32543 employees, 29967 of whom were located in the mainland of China, according to the financial report. This figure is significantly lower than at the end of the third quarter of 2022. As of September 30,2022, Xiaomi had a total of 35314 employees, of which 32609 were located in the mainland of China.
