The GD32H7 series MCU uses a high-performance 600MHz Arm Cortex-M7 core based on Armv7E-M architecture, supporting 6-level superscalar pipeline architecture for branch prediction, high-bandwidth AXI and AHB bus interfaces, built-in advanced DSP hardware accelerator and double precision floating point unit (FPU), as well as hardware trigonometric function accelerator (TMU) and filtering algorithm accelerator (FAC), with a performance of up to 1552 DMIPS,CoreMark and 2888 points at the highest host frequency.

GD32H7 series MCU is equipped with 1024KB to 3840KB on-chip Flash and 1024KB SRAM, which includes 512KB configurable super-large tightly coupled memory (ITCM,DTCM), combined with 64KB L1-Cache cache to effectively improve CPU processing efficiency and real-time performance. External bus extension (EXMC) supports access to a variety of off-chip memories such as SDRAM, SRAM, ROM, NOR Flash and NAND Flash, and has a built-in macro cell ETM that can track instructions and data in real time.

The GD32H7 series MCU adds a large number of general peripheral resources, including 8 U (S) ART, 4 I2C, 6 SPI, 4 I2S, 2 SDIO and 2 eight-wire OSPI (backward compatible four-wire QSPI); powered by 1.71V~3.6V, supports advanced power management and provides three power supply modes (LDO / SMPS / direct power supply) and five low power modes.
