According to the official announcement, cheating behaviors specifically include: "running cheating programs; bullying junior players with trumpets; and raising the matching level by unconventional means. If players violate the relevant guidelines, they will be punished accordingly."

On another page, Steam officially pointed out the consequences of players who violate the guidelines, which are divided into three categories. CTOnews.com summarizes as follows:

Content removed: content that violates these guidelines will be removed from Steam. In general, the relevant players will be notified in this case with more details and the option to contact customer service.

Temporarily disable some features: the relevant account may temporarily be unable to access community features related to banned content. For example, if a user's uploaded avatar is removed, his or her account will not be able to upload a new avatar until this cooling-off period ends.

Loss of all community functions: accounts that repeatedly violate the guidelines may not be able to use all the functions of the Steam community temporarily or permanently.
