WebGPU support has been provided in previous Chrome beta versions.

The latest version of Google Chrome Beta adds CSS title balancing, which allows you to adjust the length of lines in an element for better readability by avoiding typesetting that is isolated or separated from the rest of the paragraph. According to Google, the new technology will make elements such as headlines more visually attractive.

The second CSS change in Chrome 114 is the overflow:overlay alias. When the operating system uses a fixed, non-overlay scroll bar, you can prevent the content from extending into the scroll bar.

Another noteworthy new feature in Chrome 114is the scrollend (scrolling end) event, which allows developers to know when the user completes scrolling through the event listener. Google says scrolling monitoring API helps call new animations, get extra content, and make scrolling end events easier and consistent.
