This version adds the ability to drag and drop links to open new tabs in vertical tab mode, allows you to resize the discovery panel, fixes problems with AV1 media playback, and other improvements.

New features include: in the vertical tab area, you can drag and drop the link to any location to open a new linked tab.

The discovery panel can now be resized.

MacOS: added keyboard shortcuts for Control + Option + Command + Down to open correction cards for spell checking.

Enterprise: DiscoverPageContextEnabled strategy has been added. Added a policy to configure the recommended settings dialog box.

Lunching External URI API has been upgraded from the experimental phase to the open phase.

Enterprise: fixed an issue where external unmanaged links could not be opened in the privacy tab on Android. Fixed an issue where shortcut keys for discovery functions were still valid after being disabled by policy.
