2. Use the slicer to enter "Design"-"Tools"-"Insert slicer", check the fields to be filtered in the pop-up "Insert slicer" option box, select "Department" and confirm. Click the "Department" button in the pop-up slicer and our form will be filtered accordingly.

There are also two buttons on the slicer, one for the "multiple selection" function and the other for the "clear filter" function. If you don't want to use the slicer, we can select the slicer and press Delete to close it.

3, multi-condition filter slicer can also use multiple conditions to filter at the same time,"Design"-"Tools"-"Insert slicer", here, we can check multiple options, and then OK, you can generate multiple filter buttons.

We can also modify the appearance and arrangement of the slicer. Select the slicer, go to Options-Button, in Columns, we can set a column value. Similarly, in Options-Slicer Style, you can choose a style you like.

5. Slicer makes dynamic charts Using the slicer function, we can also easily make dynamic charts. Go to Insert-Chart-Recommended Chart and select a chart style.

Position the cursor in the table, and then go to "Design"-"Tools"-"Insert slicer", and then check "Department", OK. A super simple dynamic graph is created.
