CTOnews.com May 10 news, source @ aaronp613 found traces of the headset model A2924 in the code after digging into the macOS Ventura 13.4 RC version, which should be called "Beats Studio Pro" after the launch.

Foreign science and technology media MacRumors believes that Beats Studio Pro is the successor of the current Beats Studio 3. Apple released Beats Studio 3 in 2017 and hasn't updated it since.

CTOnews.com also learned from the report that the headset, developed jointly by Apple and A-Cold-Wall 's Samuel Ross, looks basically the same as the Beats Studio 3, but will improve the internal specification design.

Beats Studio Pro may upgrade Apple's own chip, which currently uses the W1 chip in Beats Studio 3. The news also said that the new ear will enhance active noise reduction mode, introduce transparent mode and "Hey Siri" function.
