The first is to focus on the scene construction in the field of education fees. Smooth the province at all levels and types of schools (kindergartens) conservation and education fees, tuition fees, accommodation fees, agency fees, service fees, all kinds of examination registration fees and other digital RMB payment channels, on the basis of the existing charging model, add digital RMB payment methods, and improve the digital RMB online and offline acceptance environment.

The second is to promote the scene construction in the field of campus consumption. Schools are encouraged to expand the application coverage of digital RMB in campus consumption, identity identification, life services, and so on. Promote the connection between the digital RMB and the existing campus platform system, and explore the campus "all-in-one card" superimposed hard wallet function. Encourage student canteens, life supermarkets, rookie post stations and campus merchants to fully configure the digital RMB payment environment, constantly enrich the application scene, and build a digital RMB application ecology within the campus.

The third is to deepen the scene construction in the field of financial payment. We will gradually promote schools at all levels and types in the province to use digital RMB to carry out daily funds receipt and payment, and explore public domain applications such as financial payment, tax payment, government procurement, travel reimbursement and so on under the integrated financial and budget management system, so as to promote the integration and development of digital RMB wallet and school account system.

The fourth is to explore the scene construction in the field of education and people's livelihood. Actively explore the application scene of digital RMB with educational characteristics. Schools of all levels and types in the province are encouraged to distribute student scholarships and financial aid according to the prescribed proportion in the form of digital RMB. Make use of the intelligent contract function to explore the application of digital RMB in prepaid consumer fund management and government special fund supervision in the field of education and training. We will support the exploration of the application of digital RMB in major strategies and important fields such as the high-quality development of service education, scientific and technological innovation, and the introduction of talents.

According to the Plan, Jiangsu Province has clearly promoted the pilot project of digital RMB in the field of education in stages, and by the end of 2023, it will strive to make significant progress in the coverage of key application scenarios such as education fees, examination registration fees, scholarship and financial aid, and each provincial school will promote at least one digital RMB application project. By the end of 2025, a digital RMB operation and management system with wide application coverage, convenient and efficient services and relatively perfect ecology will be basically formed in the field of education.
