By integrating OpenAI's image generator DALL-E into PowerPoint, users can request from Copilot to create custom images to support their content.

Copilot will provide guidance and advice on clarity, emotion and tone in Outlook to help users write more effective emails and communicate more confidently.

Copilot will use tips in OneNote to plan, generate ideas, create lists, and organize information to help customers easily find what they need.

Copilot helps your team stay synchronized in Loop, allowing everyone to be consistent and collaborate effectively by quickly summarizing everything on your Loop page.

Copilot will use the natural language chat interface in Viva Learning to help users create personalized learning trips, including designing paths to upgrade their skills, discovering relevant learning resources and arranging time for specified training.

In addition, all Microsoft 365E3 and E5 customers will get the semantic indexing capabilities of Copilot. Microsoft says the feature will create a searchable map of user and company data for companies, even if they don't use Microsoft 365Copilot. For example, when asking about the March sales report, it's not just looking for a file name or a document that contains these words in the body. Instead, it understands that "sales reports are made by Kay of the finance team using Excel" and uses this conceptual understanding to determine the user's intentions and help them find what they need.
