(hereinafter referred to as Geely Holdings) signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Chongqing Changan Automobile Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Changan Automobile).

According to the agreement, the two sides will carry out strategic cooperation around new energy, intelligence, new energy power, overseas expansion, travel and other industrial ecology. Fu Bingfeng, executive vice president and secretary-general of the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers, Zhu Huarong, chairman of Changan Automobile, and Li Shufu, chairman of Geely holding Group, attended the ceremony and witnessed the signing of the contract.

Geely Holdings Group said that intelligent electrification will be the focus of strategic cooperation between Geely Holdings and Changan Automobile.

In the field of new energy, the two sides will cooperate on cell, recharging technology, product safety of new energy vehicles and the layout of new energy industry.

In the field of intelligence, cooperation will be carried out around chips, operating systems, vehicle-machine interconnection, high-precision maps, autopilot and so on.

The two sides will also jointly carry out cooperation in power platform and power technology, explore cooperation and sharing of overseas development and travel ecology, and cooperate in industrial Internet, block chain, carbon trading and other fields to share the application and development of forward-looking technology.
