In a recent paper published in Nature, researchers have proposed an interesting technology to protect and mark informative DNA vectors, protect them from damage during reading, and promote the classification of DNA files and the creation of robot libraries.

According to the introduction of the paper, CTOnews.com summarizes the basic process of dealing with DNA information as follows: send the information seed (seed) into the "soup" of the DNA vector "primer", and copy the required "files" by triggering polymerase chain reaction (PCR).

Each "file" is a written DNA chain, marked in a specific way, and "primer" then begins to copy.

Modern DNA decoding tools require millions of identical sequences to reliably decode a single "file". Any such "read" will lead to errors and eventually destroy the information.

Scientists have come up with the idea of encapsulating the DNA file in a polymer capsule, but it needs to be heated to more than 50 degrees Celsius.

The PCR process starts at a lower temperature, and then, after heating, the original "file" is hidden in the capsule allowing you to protect the original data while reading (copying), and to assign a label to each "file".

According to the researchers, the proposed technique allows a maximum of 25 files to be read at a time, and only 0.3% of the files are lost after three reads, rather than 35% as in existing methods.
