According to the tweet, Samsung will use an enhanced version of HP2 on the Galaxy S25 Ultra, significantly upgrade its optical receiver, and use 17nm's logic board.

The Samsung Galaxy S27 Ultra will upgrade the sensor size to 1 / 1.12in, close to the full 1 inch size.
