The coupon on apple's long-term bonds is likely to be about 5%. The actual yield will depend on the final price of the bond, which the company will determine when measuring market demand in the near future.

Apple issued $14 billion worth of bonds in 2021 for share buybacks and dividends. Apple currently has a huge cash flow, but in order to achieve cash neutrality (cash-neutral), it will still generate income by issuing bonds.

Luca Maestri, Apple's chief financial officer, read as follows: "We repaid $2.3 billion in maturing debt and commercial paper increased by about $300 million, bringing our total debt to $110 billion. As a result, net cash at the end of the quarter was $57 billion (currently about 393.87 billion yuan).
