This is also the first case investigated by the province since the promulgation and implementation of the regulations on the Management of Deep Synthesis of Internet Information Services on January 10.

On April 25 this year, the net security brigade of Pingliang Public Security Bureau Kongtong Branch found that someone had posted an article entitled "nine people were killed when a train hit a road worker in Gansu this morning." it was verified that the article was false and false information. After investigation, a total of 21 Baidu accounts released the article at the same time, involving Kongtong District of Pingliang City and Lanzhou, Longnan, Dingxi, Qingyang and other places, the article has reached more than 15000 hits. These Baidu accounts belong to a self-media company in Shenzhen, Guangdong, and Hong, the legal representative of the company, is suspected of committing a major crime.

On May 5, the special police arrested Hong Moudi in Dongguan, Guangdong, and collected evidence on the computer and Baijia number he used. After interrogation, Hong confessed that he learned through his Wechat friends how to cash traffic online, and bought a large number of "Baijia accounts". He also used the easy-to-write web version and ChatGPT artificial intelligence software to search and edit hot social news in recent years, and then upload it to the Baijia account he bought through the "Seal Technology" software.

Hong Moudi made up false information by means of modern science and technology, spread it on the Internet, and was widely spread and browsed, and his behavior has been suspected of seeking provocation and causing trouble. At present, the Kongtong Public Security Bureau has taken criminal compulsory measures against Hong, and the case is under further investigation.
