CTOnews.com May 7 news, the State Post Bureau released China Express Development Index report for April, China Express Development Index for April was 356.4, up 47.7% from the same period last year. Among them, the development scale index, development capacity index and development trend index were 387,25 and 213.6 respectively, up 35.1%, 25% and 18.1% respectively over the same period last year, and the service quality index was 561.7, up 72.8% from the same period last year.

CTOnews.com learned from the report that the development scale index for April was 387, up 35.1 per cent from the same period last year. Express delivery volume is expected to grow by about 37 per cent year-on-year in April and business revenue will grow by about 31 per cent.

The service quality index was 561.7, an increase of 72.8% over the same period last year. Public satisfaction with express delivery services is expected to be 81.9 points, an increase of 3.6 points over the same period last year. The 72-hour punctuality rate in key areas is expected to be 81.6%, an increase of 7.2 percentage points over the same period last year.

The development capacity index was 213.6, an increase of 25% over the same period last year. The development trend index was 77.5, up 18.1% from the same period last year.
