CTOnews.com May 5 news, according to foreign technology media the 5krunner report, Garmin is about to introduce two indicators in its ecology (Endurance Score) and Activity Impact (Activity Impact).

Pexels These two indicators apply to all endurance sports, including cycling, running and swimming. Both metrics will be available on Garmin Connect and may be enabled on Forerunner and Fenix watches.

Endurance Score:

Endurance scores indicate an athlete's ability to maintain a routine of physical activity over time.

Activity Impact:

Consider the impact of your endurance score on a fitness activity, and possibly on your current fitness level.
