The test results show that, compared with the QEMU+KVM virtualization scheme, the memory overhead of TeleVM under RISC-V architecture is reduced by about 90%, and the startup delay is reduced by about 80%.

According to the official introduction, "TeleVM aims at the problems of bloated QEMU code, high resource consumption and large attack surface in the traditional QEMU+KVM virtualization scheme, rewrites the virtual machine based on Rust security language and optimizes RISC-V architecture adaptation, combines the characteristics of RISC-V reduced instruction set, tailors redundancy, realizes application security isolation, reduces resource consumption and improves response speed.
